If you are looking to cash out your crypto tokens from Tale Wallet then follow the steps below:

STEP 1 - Navigate to wallet screen

After logging into the Tale Wallet app/web, navigate to the wallet screen. Image below shows how you can navigate to the wallet section in app and in web.

You can select wallet screen in the app by clicking on the 'wallet option' in the footer	You can select the wallet screen in the web from the left menu section

STEP 2 - Select the chain in which you have crypto tokens

Next, you need to make sure you are on the right chain where you have the token. You can toggle between the chains from the option available at the top. The image below shows where you can toggle between chains in app and web

If you have tokens in any chain then that will be highlighted under the My Token section along with the value of the token in the selected chain. Most of you will have tokens in the BSC chain.

STEP 3 - Tap on Sell button

Tap on the Sell button available in the wallet section

STEP 4 - Select the token and amount
Once you have clicked the sell button, inside the chain where you have any token, you will prompted to select the crypto token from the dropdown and enter the amount of that token you want to sell. Select the token and click on the max button to sell all of that token. The screen below will help you with reference:

The system will calculate and let you know the rough amount that will be credited corresponding to the current rate. Click on proceed from here.

STEP 5 - Select the Bank account

The system will show you the bank account on which it will send back the Fiat for your crypto. Select the bank account and proceed. Image below will help you with reference. Make sure to TAP on the BANK account, otherwise the system will not let you move forward.

STEP 6 - Confirm selling with Email-OTP 

For final confirmation the system will prompt you to enter the associated email and ask you to verify that with an OTP. Complet that and your sell request should get accepted.

Once the sell request is submitted, the fiat for your crypto will be credited in 24 hrs.
